Each class, students will film scenes and then deconstruct them together with John for a better understanding of working on film.  John works with the actors individually to calibrate their work with specificity and clarity, to achieve both economical and realized work.

Actors will have the opportunity to work with one of Canada's busiest actors and in-demand acting coaches both on and off set.‍ ‍‍

• February 2026:  February 05 to February 26

• March 2026:  March 05 to March 26

• April 2026:  April 09 to April 30.

• May 2026:  May 14 to June 04.

• September 2026:  September 10 to October 01.

• October 2026:  October 15 to November 05.

• November 2026:  November 19 to December 10.

Fee:  $395 includes GST ($200 deposit / $195 balance)

Hours:  6pm to 10pm / 4 Weeks

Although this work will undoubtedly improve your self tapes, this is not an audition class. The end result not being the goal, scenes are used as tools to develop and explore your instrument in front of the camera.  Relaxation, behaviour, environment, and sensory work usually reserved for scene study classes is encouraged in the exploration.
