These are some of the unorthodox techniques that multi-award-winning performer and instructor Veena Sood teaches actors in her popular improvisation workshops. Learn how to create whole scenes & relationships between characters, with little advanced preparation. Grounded in 35 years' work with master teacher Keith Johnstone, Veena uses creative methods to open actors' imaginations and spontaneity. There is no pressure to be funny. Focus is on staying in the present moment, maintaining the story and allowing spontaneity, thus freeing the mind and allowing impulse. These valuable tools will assist in auditions, working on set, rehearsals, & scene study.
