Kendra teaches the ESSENTIAL techniques for breathing, voice care and health, developed by Dr Iris MacGregor-Bannerman to strengthen, stretch and expand one's own breathing and speaking capacities. On a weekly basis, actors will learn the tools and exercises to strengthen their own vocal development, and to calm anxiety and nerves, all to support and protect an actor's body and voice while performing.
